Where they started

The challenge

Konxja Consulting teaches imaging teams how to get an anxious patient through an MRI scan. Selena Glenn founded it after her own clinical research into MRI anxiety, and she had the curriculum, the credentials and the continuing education accreditation behind her.

None of that was on the website. The homepage opened with a stock photo of a scan room and a few paragraphs of text. The services section was still headed “Consulting & Coaching Services” and described coaching she had stopped offering. There was nowhere to buy the curriculum, nowhere to take a course, and nothing that issued a certificate.

There was also a problem she had been chasing in Google for months. A second, completely separate WordPress install was sitting live at konxjakonxja.com, with its own canonical tags, its own menu and a contact address with two letters transposed. That turned out to be the real source of the duplicated branding she kept seeing in search results.

Our approach

What we did

We rebuilt it from scratch on WordPress with Elementor Pro. No theme demo imported and recoloured. The work ran across five milestones and started where it should: a verified backup and a staging site, so nothing changed on the live site until she had signed it off.

Ten pages were built around how the practice actually earns, with education on one path and consulting on the other. The store runs on WooCommerce with Stripe. Enrolment is instant, so someone buys a licence and is inside the coursework without anyone in the business touching anything. The two accredited CE courses sit on Tutor LMS with a graded quiz, and a certificate is issued on a pass.

The duplicate install was dealt with, the dead mailto placeholder in the footer was replaced with a real address, and the stray http links were corrected across what is now an https site.

What changed

The results

The site is live at konxja.com. Ten pages, 36 products in the store and two accredited CE courses, none of which existed on the previous site.

The part that matters to a small practice is what happens after someone buys. The sale, the enrolment, the coursework, the quiz and the certificate all run on their own. Selena does not need to be in the loop for any of it.

The course platform: checkout, enrolment, coursework, quiz and certificate, with no manual step after the sale.
